The brief

Once people trust you with a payment, selling them a product is a shorter step than acquiring them again. But a marketplace is a different problem from a shop: it has to onboard vendors who are not technical, keep a catalogue coherent across thousands of listings, and settle money to the right people — all without becoming a second platform to maintain.
